Do you aspire to look like David Beckham or JLo? If so then our Junior Gym workouts are for you!All you need to do is be between the ages of 11 - 15.
Junior Gym takes place at certain times during the weekend and during school holidays and to take part in one of these sessions then you must have complete an induction in the gym.
The cost for casual members is £3.10 per session or class.
WHY NOT join as a member? Junior memberships are only £19.50 per month, this includes gym sessions, classes and unlimited swimming at public times.
Prior to the induction YOU must have completed a medical consent form, which needs to be signed by your parents or guardians.
The induction will involve a member of the Isospa team briefing you on how to use the equipment. The instructor will also design an individual fitness program.
From this point forward YOU will be entitled to use the Isospa during Junior Gym sessions held between 4pm – 5pm wed/thu/fri and 2pm – 3pm Saturday and Sunday.
At every session attended YOU must present a valid ticket to a member of the Isospa team and sign in at the gym reception.
