The programme is split into 5 clear categories to enable you to choose the right session to get the most out of your time in the water. | | These calm and relaxing sessions offered throughout the week, cater for those looking to improve their overall health and are also a great way to relieve stress and tension. | | Available for Swimmers of all abilities wanting to improve or maintain Health and fitness levels, train for a sport or you may be looking for an alternative to the Gym. These sessions provide the opportunity to swim in lanes and the use of specialist training equipment. Plus look out for the Active coach led session timetable indicating brand new coach led sessions to assist your training and fitness programmes including: - Aqua Jogging
- Aqua Aerobics
- Lane coaching, Cardio, Stamina and Stroke technique
Motivational poolside coaches will take you through structured workout classes or programmes, whilst providing the opportunity for you to work out with like-minded people. | | A great range of sessions designed for young people. Aimed at 8 – 16yr olds these action packed fun sessions include inflatables, floats and music. Check out our timetable for what’s on offer at each session. | | Want to Swim but also have fun chatting and socialising with friends? Our Social sessions offer informal recreational swimming (no lanes) and have something to offer everyone of any age. | | Exciting, enjoyable sessions for young and old alike. Floats and toys are offered to create a stimulating environment and a family friendly atmosphere, providing a great family day out for all. |
