Isospa offers you the opportunity to workout or relax…you choose.
Choose to workout in our fitness studio and pools or join an exercise class.
Or choose to relax in the pools, spa or sauna facilities.

Health & Fitness Etiquette - Please drink plenty of water before, during and after exercise.
- Always bring a towel to wipe machines down after use.
- Correct footwear and clothing must be worn at all times.
- All customers must complete an induction and a medical questionnaire before using the Fitness Studio.
- During busy times and at the instructor’s discretion workout time may be restricted to 15 minutes per machine.
- Before using the gym please register your visit at the Fitness Studio reception by signing in.
- Please ask the instructors to advise if you are unsure on how to use any equipment.
- We reserve the right to spot check memberships at anytime.
